The CD comes with an auditing program. Supplied to homeowners after using the program for a minimum of six months, the program wll track the biweekly payments to ensure they are applied corrently by the lender. Homeowners who have computers and can run the Mortgage Manager™ software will be sent a password to enter allowing the auditng program to be accessed. You will notice in the software tha the Amoritization Schedule cannot be opened at first. That is because this is the auditing portion of the powerful software and needs a password to run the program. A homeowner will want to run an audit about once per year and this password is only snet to homeowners who have been using the service for at least six months.
